Symptoms

You install Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2004 Administration Tools on a computer that already has ISA Server 2000 Administration Tools installed. After you do this, the ISA Server 2000 Administration Tools console is no longer available.

Cause

This issue occurs because you cannot run the ISA Server 2000 Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in and the ISA Server 2004 MMC snap-in on the same computer.
