To enable mail to the public folder
  1. Launch Exchange System Manager
  2. Expand Folders, and then expand Public Folders
  3. Right click on the public folder you want to enable the mail for it and choose All Tasks
  4. From the submenu, select Mail Enable When Exchange Server 2003 enables mail to a public folder, it generates an alias to that folder. After creating the public folder, you can change its properties to rename the generated alias to something meaningful.
