The distribution group manager cannot use Outlook to view the members of a Universal Distribution Group that has hidden membership in Exchange 2000 Server

Symptoms

Although you have permissions in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server to manage a Universal Distribution Group (UDG) that has hidden membership, you cannot view the UDG members in Microsoft Outlook. When you view the properties of the UDG in Outlook, the list of members does not appear in the Members box.

Resolution

Hotfix information

To resolve this problem, obtain the August 2004 Exchange 2000 Server Post-Service Pack 3 update rollup.

The English version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.
