Symptoms

When you use the Emergency Management Services (EMS) Remotely Administered feature to access a Microsoft Windows Server 2003-based computer through a Special Administration Console (SAC) , characters may be returned very slowly from the server to your computer. This symptom occurs when you connect to a Japanese-language edition of Windows Server 2003, and the server returns strings that contain characters from a double-byte character set (DBCS) to your computer.
