The following message is logged in the event log:

Cause

The Message Queuing resource DLL waits five seconds for the Message Queuing service to stop and then waits five more seconds for the driver to unload. It then tells the cluster service that it is offline. However, it may not actually be offline because the Message Queuing service and the driver may require more time to stop and unload. For example, a long purge might require a longer time to stop the Message Queuing service and unload the driver.
