Workaround

To work around this problem, you can use one or both of the following methods:
  • Delete the additional incoming NNTP feeds that are from the same computer.
  • Combine the additional incoming NNTP feeds from the same remote computer into a single NNTP feed. To do this, follow these steps:
    1. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
    2. In the IIS Manager console , expand the local computer, and then expand the NNTP virtual server.
    3. In the right-pane of the IIS Manager console, right-click the feed that you want to combine, and then click Properties.
    4. In the Remote Server Name properties dialog box, click the Subscriptions tab, and then click Add.

Remote Server Name is the name of the news feeds that you want to modify.
    5. In the Add newsgroup dialog box, type the name of the newsgroup in the Newsgroup field, and then make sure that the Include option is turned on.
    6. Click OK, and then click OK again.
