FIX: BizTalk Server 2004 rejects BTF receipts in Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time) + X time zones

Symptoms

In Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time)+X hours time zones, Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 rejects BizTalk Framework (BTF) receipts that are generated by a BizTalk Server 2004 computer. You receive the following error message in the event view:

There was a failure executing the receive pipeline: "BTF.BTFReceiptReceivePipeline" Source: "BizTalk Framework disassembler" Receive Location: "C:\BTFSample\receiptin\*.xml" Reason: A BizTalk Framework document was received with an expired "6/8/2004 11:06:47 AM" timestamp. This message will be suspended.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section. This problem was corrected in BizTalk Server 2004 Service Pack 1.

More information

This problem occurs because BizTalk Server 2004 generates the wrong ExpireAt timestamp value in the BTF receipts. A computer that is running BizTalk Server with this hotfix installed will generate the correct timestamps.
