"Name could not be resolved" error message when you create a new profile in Outlook 2000

Symptoms

When you create a new profile in Microsoft Outlook 2000, the name check does not connect to the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server computer. When this problem occurs, you may receive the following error message:
The name could not be resolved. Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer. Contact your system administrator if this condition persists.
