Cause

This issue occurs because Domain Migration Administrator 6.3 expects a Windows network-provider setting of LanManWorkstation. Because other network providers are listed before LanManWorkstation in the ProviderOrder value of the following registry subkey, this program does not successfully browse domain resources:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NetworkProvider\Order

Workaround

To work around this issue, type the names of the source and the destination domains in the corresponding boxes. Domain Migration Administrator 6.3 locates and then attaches to the specified domains.

Note In this case, the source and the destination domains are two different domains that contain domain controllers with user accounts. The source domain contains the accounts that you want to migrate to the destination domain.
