"The Active Directory Information Was Not Replicated Yet" Error Message When You Try to Use CDOEX To Create And Mount A Mailbox Store

Symptoms

When you use Collaboration Data Objects for Exchange (CDOEX) to create and mount a mailbox store, you find that the Mount method fails. You may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
The store could not be mounted because the Active Directory information was not replicated yet.

Cause

This problem may occur if the following conditions are true:
  • You use a custom program with CDOEX to create and mount a mailbox store.
  • The new mailbox store�s domain contains more than one domain controller.
