If you installed this fix before you installed the MS03-004: February, 2003 Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer (810847), you must reinstall this fix. Notice that the MS03-020 June, 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer (818529) includes a later version of Mshtml.dll that is included with this hotfix. As a result, the MS03-020 June, 2003, Cumulative Patch for Internet Explorer (818529) includes this hotfix, and you can install 818529 instead of this hotfix.

table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal
time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time.
To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
