XCCC: Event 8192 Logged When MSExchangeDCS Loses Connectivity

Symptoms

Your users periodically have difficulty contacting your Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server. Some users may receive the following error message when they try to join or view a conference:
No T.120 MCU server is available
When you review the application logs on your Conferencing Management Service server and the server that hosts the T.120 Multipoint Control Unit (MCU) service, you may find entries similar to one or more of the following events:

Description: 0x8004F007 E_DCS_NOT_RUNNING

Event ID: 8192
Description: : 0x8004F034 E_DCS_MCU_CALL_TIMED_OUT

-or-

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeDCS
Event ID: 8192
Description: : 8004010F 1271 CdoE_NOT_FOUND

-or-

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeDCS
Event ID: 8192
Description: : Unexpected error occurred in data conference center manager

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeDCS
Event ID: 8200
Description: : An error occurred while attempting to add the T.120 MCU IL06EXN01.mot.com to the server topology. Error code: 8004f034

These messages appear in the application log at approximately the same time as users are experiencing difficulty connecting to the conferencing server. After a few moments, the MSExchangeDCS, the Exchange Conferencing Management Service, and the server that is hosting the T.120(MCU) resume communication and users can again connect to the conferences without difficulty.
