You receive "403 Forbidden" message when you connect to a web address with Chinese character

Symptoms

When you connect to a Web address is in Chinese character, you may receives the following error message:

The page cannot be displayed 403 Forbidden -
The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL).
Contact the server administrator. (12202)

Cause

The domain name in DNS and the web publish name in ISA server should use Puny-Code.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, create the DNS domain in puny-code, and if you have ISA Server, use puny-code when you publish web site address. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Find the Puny-Code for your Chinese domain name. (For example, xn--kpr26yupn6x2a.tw)
� You can find out your puny-code via search engine like http://rs.seed.net.tw.
2. On DNS server, create the new zone named with your puny-code.
(For example, xn--kpr26yupn6x2a.tw)
3. Create the A record or CNAME�which you need.
(For example, www.xn--kpr26yupn6x2a.tw)
4. Configure a Web publishing rule in ISA Server.�On the Public Name Details page,
in the Accept requests for list, click This domain name, type the domain name which you create in DNS record.
(For example, www.xn--kpr26yupn6x2a.tw)
5. After apply the setting, try connect to the web with you Chinese domain name.
