Cause

The Exchange Server 2003 SP2 Setup is referencing an incorrect location for the exchmem.dll file in c:\windows\system32

Resolution

Rename the file exchmem.dll in the folder c:\windows\system32 to exchmem.old and click on Retry in the hung setup.
