Summary

Symptoms

After applying SP2 to the 2003 Exchange Server responsible for generating the Offline Address Book, the new Version 4 OAB is not visible under the System Folders Tree in ESM.

Cause

This is by design. The new OAB will not be visible until it is successfully generated.

Resolution

Right-Click the Offline Address List in the ESM console and choose "Rebuild", or simply wait for the scheduled rebuild.
