The Version 4 Offline Address Book is not visible after applying SP2 to an Exchange 2003 Server.

After applying SP2 to the 2003 Exchange Server responsible for generating the Offline Address Book, the new Version 4 OAB is not visible under the System Folders Tree in ESM.

This is by design. The new OAB will not be visible until it is successfully generated.

Right-Click the Offline Address List in the ESM console and choose "Rebuild", or simply wait for the scheduled rebuild.
