Symptoms

When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or later to access Outlook Web Access, new installations of Exchange 2003 and upgrades to Exchange 2003 use the browser's language settings to determine the language to be used in your Outlook Web Access session. When you try to open the Outlook Web Access help file by clicking Help in the toolbar in a non-english Outlook Web Access session, you may receivethe followingerror message:

The Page cannot be displayed

If Exchange 2003 Service Pack1 has been applied you may also receive a message informing you to ask your System Administrator or Service Provider to install the help files for your respective language. In additionyou are offered toview the help file inanother language (English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish orChinese).

Cause

This issue occurs because some non-english Outlook Web Access help files are not copied to their respective language folder under Systemroot\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Exchweb\Help, when you install Exchange Server 2003 or apply Exchange 2003 Service Pack 1 to an existing installation.

Resolution

To resolve this issue you need to copy the Outlook Web Access 2003 help file folderfor your respective language from your Exchange Server 2003 CD (SETUP\I386\EXCHANGE\EXCHWEB\HELP) to Systemroot\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Exchweb\Help.
