Symptoms

User A creates a file on a share that exists on a volume that has Volume Shadow Copy enabled. User A has exclusive permissions on the file.
User A wants to allow user B to have full access to the share but not before he removes the fie he created. User A erases the file and allows user B
full access.
User B may use the Previous Version Client to restore the file. Once the file is restored it will inherit the permissions user B has on the folder
and thus allow him access to the information.
