Symptoms

You can't run the ESEUtil /p command to repair a database if a long value (LV) is corrupted in the database in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or Exchange Server 2016.

Cause

This issue occurs because the schema isn't loaded for the table hosting the LV tree.
