FIX: When you configure BizTalk Server with gMSA for Isolated Host Instance, the account cannot be used when configuring ESB Toolkit


Symptoms

When you configure Microsoft BizTalk Server 2020 with a group Managed Service Account (gMSA) for Isolated Host Instance, you notice that you cannot use the gMSA account when configuring the ESB Toolkit.
