FIX: Receive locations in EDI application are not configured correctly by BizTalk Configuration with named SQL instance

Symptoms

When configuring BizTalk Server 2020 on a named SQL instance with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) support, you notice that the receive locations are not correctly configured in EDI Application.
