Device-S4 may be applied unexpectedly while the system is using AC power in Window 10, version 1809

On a mobile form factor system, Device-S4 may be applied unexpectedly while the system is using AC power, such as a power adapter or charging dock. This behavior may result in unwanted side effects such as dropped/reset network connections and the need for users to reauthenticate.
