FIX: BizTalk Adapter for DB2 doesn't convert certain DB2 TIMESTAMP values to .NET DateTime format

Symptoms

BizTalk Adapter for DB2 doesn't accept DB2 TIMESTAMP values as input and returns the following error:
Failed to convert <value> to Date Time.

Cause

BizTalk Adapter for DB2 doesn't accept both XML DateTime and DB2 TIMESTAMP values as input to DB2 command parameters of type DB2 TIMESTAMP.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
