FIX: Test map doesn't provide detailed information about the errors in XSLT stylesheet

Symptoms

Assume that you have a map with Saxon 9 HE as XSLT transform engine, with custom XSLT provided. When you do a test map, if there are any errors in the XSLT then the Visual Studio 2019 "output" window doesn't provide detailed information about the errors. However, it shows the following message:
"Errors were reported during stylesheet compilation"

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
