FIX: BizTalk installation discovery fails if default BizTalk group name is changed

Symptoms

If BizTalk default group name is changed, management pack is unable to discover BizTalk installation.

Cause

When group name is changed, you can change the group name in database, but fail to change the registry and BTSNTSvc service command parameters on all runtime machines. Because of the mismatch in name between registry and database, BizTalk installation discovery fails.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
