FIX: Support for BizTalk configuration with Domain local groups in different domains


Symptoms

Assume that the BizTalk Server, SQL Server and BizTalk groups are in a domain and all the users like BizTalk Admin, host users and login users are in a different domain. In this situation, BizTalk server configuration may fail with error.
Failed to check if <Domain>\<Group> is a valid domain group.
