FIX: MQSC Biztalk adapter converts cipherSpec, userid, password to lower case, which is not accepted by IBM MQ server

Symptoms

When dynamic send port is used with the MQSC BizTalk adapter, the adapter incorrectly converts cipherSpec, userid and password properties to lower case. This is not accepted by IBM MQ server.
