FIX: Contained AG master database dependency creates deadlock during replica restart at certain condition in SQL Server 2019

Symptoms

Assume that contained Availability Group (AG) DTE support is added in SQL Server 2019 which will create database startup dependency. The AG master database has to be started up first. This dependency creates deadlock during the replica resolving state.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in the following cumulative update for SQL Server:
