FIX: Concurrent PFS update in SQL Server 2019 may cause corruption of ADR

Symptoms

If Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) is enabled on the SQL Server 2019 database, because of a potential bug in concurrent PFS update protocol, some database pages with data corresponding to aborted transactions might not get cleaned effectively. This leads to a silent corruption.
