"80070057" error and Office 365 version 1910 updates don't download or apply through Configuration Manager

When you try to update Microsoft Office 365 through Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager to any of the following versions, the update fails and generates error 80070057:

Microsoft Update Catalog

An updated version of the Office 365 Client is now available as build 12130.20410. To get the latest package for this update, go to the Microsoft Update Catalog website.

There is a known issue in the updates that are listed in the "Symptoms" section. These updates are now removed from the Microsoft Update Catalog. 

Devices that have not yet updated to version 1910 should be able to update to version 1910 (build 12130.20410 or later).

Devices that have already updated to version 1910 builds earlier than 12130.20410 may not be able to update further.

A fix tool is available from the Download Center. When imported and deployed with Configuration Manager, this tool will fix the update system on affected devices to enable further Office updates.
