FIX: Version in the MessageType of your HL7 message is not reused by the HL7 assembler

Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 HL7 accelerator, and the HL7 version is entered as the MessageType. When the HL7 assembler is run, you notice that the version number in the MessageType field of your HL7 message is not retained in the outgoing flat file HL7 message.
