FIX: Stored procedure "bt_GetSensitiveProperties" is missing in the latest BizTalk Server Feature Pack 3

Symptoms

Assume that you install Microsoft BizTalk Server together with Feature Pack 3 (FP 3). When you try to save a message received from an instance of BizTalk Server, you receive an error message that resembles the following because the stored procedure bt_GetSensitiveProperties is missing in the latest FP.
The following stored procedure call failed: " { call bt_GetSensitiveProperties}". SQL Server returned error string: "Could not find stored procedure 'bt_GetSensitiveProperties'.".
