Symptoms

In Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or Exchange Server 2016, a user composes a new email message by using the BlackBerry Hub app on an android phone. The user separates two or more recipients with a comma and saves the email message as a draft. When this draft is viewed in the Outlook on the web (formerly known as Outlook Web App) or Outlook client, the recipients are displayed as a single recipient and not as two separate recipients. If a semicolon is used instead of a comma, this works fine.
