FIX: BizTalk 2016 SFTP adapter properties may not be updated when BizTalk group is renamed

Symptoms

Assume that you use the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2016 with Cumulative Update 5 (CU5) or CU6. When you rename BizTalk groups, a complete group rename may not occur. This is because the startup process for the service may still use the old group name and the BizTalkGroupName (32-bit and 64-bit) registry entry may not be updated on the BizTalk group server nodes. Additionally, you may notice that the new properties of the SFTP adapter are not reflected in BizTalk.
