Consider the following scenario:
- Your organization disabled TLS 1.1 and 1.0 by following Part 1 and Part 2 of the blog series for disabling these protocols in Skype for Business Server.
- Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 is running the May 2019 (6.0.9319.548) update or a later update, or Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 is running the July 2019 (7.0.2046.123) update or a later update.
- Skype Room System (also known as SRSv2 or Microsoft Teams Room) devices are running 4.0.64.0 or a later version.
- Surface Hub devices are running KB4499162 (OS build 15063.1835) or a later build.
- You try to view a PowerPoint presentation.
In this scenario, the Surface Hub and SRSv2 room devices cannot view PowerPoint presentation, and you receive the following error message:
