Dynamics 365 for Outlook, version 9.0 (Outlook client) Update 1.0 Rollup 2 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Update 1.0 Rollup 2.

Dynamics 365 for Outlook, version 9.0 (Outlook client) Update 1.0 Rollup 2 is now available.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Outlook

• Contacts that were synchronized from Outlook to Dynamics 365 contained incorrect birthday and anniversary data.
• The wrong value was displayed in an entity's Rollup Currency field when Outlook was in offline mode.

Platform Services

• Changes made using a plugin to associated records in Dynamics 365 for Outlook while in offline mode were not reflected online.
• Sandbox plugins did not function when they contained steps that were executed in offline mode.

Sales

• Leads and opportunities could not be created when Dynamics 365 for Outlook was in offline mode.

Solutions

• Cases could not be created.

Unified Interface

• Reports could not be opened or run while Dynamics 365 for Outlook was in offline mode.

Outlook

• An update could not be installed using a silent installer (Error: "Info| Before you can upgrade Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook, you must close Outlook.").
