Reasons why the “At Risk” warning is triggered:

  • The competency has a requirement update.
  • Users left the organization and their certifications will no longer count for the organization’s competency achievements.
  • There are users that missed associating their Microsoft Account to Partner University and/or the Microsoft Certifications site, hence their exams/certifications/assessments are not counted. As an admin, you should work with respective groups to ensure qualification level is achieved for an uninterrupted membership experience at the desired level.
  • Systemic issues: performance suddenly drops to 0, which automatically triggers the At Risk notification (usually this systemic issues are automatically resolved within max 48 hours and are triggered by a data refresh).
