UCWA client is disconnected because w3wp.exe crashes when you use clarity connect in Skype for Business Server

Symptoms

In a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015 environment, you use a third-party call center application - Clarity Connect that's UCWA based, and agents sign in to the clarity agent. Because of the following UCWA exception, w3wp.exe crashes and agents sign out. This causes the disconnections from audio calls.
