Event ID 12290 and "The evaluation period... has expired" error during deployment by using Skype for Business Server 2019 evaluation software

Symptoms

You have installed the Microsoft evaluation software for Skype for Business Server 2019 from Microsoft Evaluation Center. During your deployment by using the evaluation software, the RTCSrv service can’t start. In addition, Event ID 12290 is logged in the event viewer, and you receive the following error message:
The evaluation period for Skype for Business Server 2019 has expired.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the June 2019 update 7.0.2046.116 for Skype for Business Server 2019, Front End Server and Edge Server.
