Skype for Business crashes when you sign in or sign out with the “delete my sign-in info” option selected

Symptoms

In Microsoft Skype for Business 2016 or Skype for Business 2015 (Lync 2013), after applying the May 2019 update, when you sign in to or sign out the client, the client crashes. This issue occurs if the Delete my sign-in info option is selected.
Note The impacted version numbers are 15.0.5137.1000, 16.0.4849.1000, and 16.0.10344.20008.

Workaround

To work around this issue, you should create a new DWORD registry key EnableARIATelemetryFeature and set the value to 0 in one of the following paths:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync
