For users that are enrolled in an incentive program through PIE or CHIP, you may be redirected to Partner Center or Modern PIE/CHIP to view incentives, submit a claim, or manage your bank and tax profiles.
Once redirected, if you are unable to see incentive details you may not have the appropriate access in Partner Center, or, you may need to use different credentials depending upon the Partner Center migration status of your organization.

- If your organization has migrated to Partner Center, you must have the ‘Incentive Admin’ or ‘Incentive User’ role assigned to you for each MPN location and incentive program to access incentive details for each specific program. At least one ‘Incentive admin’ or ‘Incentive user’ must be designated within your organization for the incentives dashboard in Partner Center to be visible. - If your organization has not yet been migrated to Partner Center, you can access the same incentive dashboard through Modern PIE/CHIP. Additionally, we recommend working with your Global/Account Admin to complete the migration for the full Partner Center experience.
