Can't get all the emails when searching mailbox by using an end date that's different from today in Exchange Server 2019

Symptoms

In Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, you search your mailbox for a text and select a range of dates whose end date is different from today. When you do this search at 6:00 pm for example, the search result can’t return the email messages that're received on that day after 6:00 pm.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the Cumulative Update 2 for Exchange Server 2019 or a later cumulative update for Exchange Server 2019.
