FIX: Poor network between Microsoft BizTalk Server and SFTP server may cause high CPU usage

Symptoms

Assume that you use Microsoft BizTalk Server SFTP Adapter to receive files from an SFTP server. You notice that Microsoft BizTalk Server may consume high CPU if the network connectivity between BizTalk and SFTP server is poor.
