FIX: Marklog rows are not cleaned in BizTalk Server by documented custom stored procedure

Symptoms

Assume that you install Microsoft BizTalk Server and enable the "Backup BizTalk Server" SQL Server Agent job. Additionally, you use the script available in Post-configuration steps to optimize your environment. In this situation, you will notice that MarkLog rows are not cleaned as expected. This may cause database performance issues.
