Symptoms

In Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 or Exchange Server 2016, assume that you run the Delivery Reports tool in Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and then open the delivery report. If the message that's being tracked is a meeting invite that includes a room resource, opening the report throws an exception that resembles the following:
Server ServerName.contoso.com in domain contoso.com encountered an unexpected error. Diagnostic information for this error: The message-tracking data on server ServerName.contoso.com had invalid data in column 19 for this message. Event "PROCESSMEETINGMESSAGE" will be ignored.
