Conversation History time stamp in Outlook differs from the time stamp of UCWA clients in Skype for Business Server 2019 and 2015

Symptoms

In a Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2019 or Skype for Business Server 2015 environment, the time stamp of a missed conversation that's recorded in the Conversation History folder in Outlook differs from the time stamp in the UCWA application, such as Skype for Business for Mac and Skype for Business for mobile client.

Cause

This issue occurs because the time of Conversation History in Outlook that's returned from Skype for Business Server uses the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time. However, the Skype for Business client is using local time that's in a different time zone.
