FIX: Visual Studio is unable to deploy BizTalk project to SQL Server when there is unrelated database >2TB on the same SQL Server with BizTalk Server

Symptoms

Assume that you have a database that is greater than 2TB size on the same Microsoft SQL Server with BizTalk Server. In this situation, you will not be able to use Microsoft Visual Studio to deploy BizTalk projects to SQL Server.

After specifying the SQL Server name, the deployment UI will fail to retrieve BizTalkMgmtDb with an error message:  Specified cast is not valid.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
