Update Skype meeting template for Skype for Business 2016 in non-English environment

Symptoms

Assume that you have installed Microsoft Office 2016 in a none-English language. When you create a Skype meeting invitation in Outlook, the content of the email is garbled and can't be read from the receiver side.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the January 2, 2019, update (KB4461586) for Skype for Business 2016.

This update removes the "->" character from the Skype meeting template to make sure that the whole email can be read without any issues in the non-English scenario.
