After you install Windows Server, version 1903, Windows Server, version 1909 or Windows Server 2019 on a computer, you receive the following event log in the System log:
Log Name: System
Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7023
Level: Error
Description:
The Spooler service terminated with the following error:
Ran out of memory
If this event log is recorded immediately after the installation, the event log can be safely ignored.
