FIX: The SNABASE fails when you start an HIS Application

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario :

  • You have configured your Host Integration Server (HIS) client to run SNABASE as an application.
  • You have configured "Allow Per-User" setting to YES.

In this situation, when you start the application, the SNABASE may fail.

Cause

The registry key HK_Current_User that is supposed to be populated is not being set.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
