Servicing stack update for Windows Server, version 1803 and Windows 10, version 1803: December 11, 2018

This update makes stability improvements for the Windows Server, version 1803 and Windows 10, version 1803 servicing stack.

This update also addresses an issue that occurs when you install the servicing stack update (SSU) on ARM64-based systems where some Windows cumulative updates (CU) might not install. This issue may have occurred if either of the following conditions where true:

• You have not installed a cumulative update since August 2018.
• You install a new operating system, you install this SSU, and then you try to install any Windows CU that is dated September 2018 or later.

Microsoft strongly recommends you install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) for your operating system before installing the latest cumulative update (LCU).
